Complainants:          World Confederation of Organizations of the Teaching Profession (WCOTP) on behalf of the British Columbia Teachers' Federation (BCTF) and the Canadian Teachers' Federation (CTF)

 

Note:  This complaint alleged that principles of freedom of association were violated by the Compensation Fairness Act, S.B.C. 1991.  The WCOTP formally withdrew this complaint after the impugned act was repealed on 31 July, 1992.
